Weather Patterns, Climate Footprints
The Year of Weather will be a durational inquiry into our changing relations to weather and climate. In embarking on this new phase of open-weather, we are led by the following question: How can the project honour and amplify a plurality of weather and climate literacies, while developing pedagogical tools to expand our awareness and knowledge of emergent weather patterns?
Our talk responds to the invitation to be here at the Centre for Spatial Research, Columbia University, as well as this panel’s prompt of “local and historical data”, to think through works and questions-in-progress that we have not yet made public.
